I'll have you know that given a little work, a wad of toilet paper (with a little help from a paper clip), while not able to become a white rose, can be transformed into a carnation!

Or you can just lob a tissue on a bush, and passersby will stop to sniff it...
...yeah.
You're assuming that people actually stop to smell the roses... er... toilet paper in this culture.
